Users can upload and/or download resources using the WebDAV protocol. WebDAV allows users to transfer files and folders from their local computer to and from their site's Resources or Drop Box.

WebDAV stands for Web-based Distributed Authoring and Versioning. It is a set of extensions to the HTTP protocol that allows users to collaboratively edit and manage files on remote web servers.

Once users have set up WebDAV for a particular site's Resources or Drop Box, their computer will treat the Resources or Drop Box folder like any other folder on their local system. Users are able to drag and drop files and folders from Resources or Drop Box just as they would in My Computer in Windows, or the Finder on a Mac.

Users can set up WebDAV connections using their computer's native WebDAV support or download the Cyberduck WebDAV client to use.

Depending on your specific operating system version, you may find one method performs better than another.

Notes:

• Each site's Resources and Drop Box has a unique link to use for WebDAV connections.  If you want to set up connections to multiple sites' Resources or Drop Boxes, you will need to follow the WebDAV Instructions for each tool.
• You may also upload multiple files using the drag-and-drop feature in Resources and Drop Box.
