How do I view the results of a poll in the Polls tool?

Site Administrators can view all poll results. Students in course sites or members in collaboration sites can view poll results if they have been released to them.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Go to Polls.

Select Polls from the tool menu of your site.

Select Results.

To view the results of a poll, select the Results link to the right of the poll question.

View the poll results.

  1. The poll options will be displayed in the Option column.
  2. The number of votes for each option will be displayed in the Votes column.
  3. The percentage of votes for each poll option will be displayed in the % column.
  4. To return to the list of poll questions, select the Back button.
